SW International welcomes new member firms in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Republic of Guinea

SW International is pleased to announce the further expansion of its global network with the admission of new member firms in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the Republic of Guinea (Guinea). These additions strengthen the SW network’s presence in Central and West Africa, enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality, locally grounded services across a broader geographic footprint.

In the DRC, TIAFRICA FINANCES SAS has officially joined the network as SW TI DRC, bringing a team of 42 professionals across 4 offices in Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, Fungurume and Kolwezi. Established in 2012 and accredited by the National Order of Chartered Accountants of the DRC (ONEC/RDC), the firm delivers audit, accounting, tax, advisory and finance services, mobilizing specialist resources as needed and partnering with leading local and international firms to deliver added value. SW TI DRC serves clients across a broad range of sectors, including governmental bodies, education and training, hospitality and tourism, retail and consumer goods, telecommunications and manufacturing, and is particularly well-positioned to support growth opportunities in battery metals and natural resources, energy and infrastructure development, agribusiness and agro processing, as well as the expanding financial services and digital economy.

In Guinea, Fiduxis, based in Conakry, is an integrated audit and consulting firm founded in 2011, operating in strict compliance with professional ethics and the IFAC Code. Joining the network as SW Fiduxis, the firm brings together a team of 35 professionals and over 200 clients, delivering high value-added, locally attuned solutions across four business units: Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal, Human Capital and Consulting. Guided by values of integrity, excellence, confidentiality, equity, accomplishment and impact, and reinforced by its CSR foundation, FIDIMPACT, SW Fiduxis aligns closely with SW’s standards of quality and community stewardship.

Zhang Ke, Chairman of SW International, said: “Welcoming our new member firms in the DRC and Guinea marks a decisive expansion of SW International’s African footprint. Their deep local insight, sector expertise and market leadership strengthen our ability to support clients across the continent and globally. This growth reflects our commitment to a connected, high performance network with strong regional capabilities and global reach.”
